Luxurious Stay with Excellent Service

great pools private beach spacious rooms

The hotel has great swimming pools and a private beach area (it really helps with relaxation). Restaurants offer amazing food. Mahesh gave excellent service around the pool. He always made sure we had water and generally looked after us. The rooms were spacious.

I found that waiters in the Pavillion restaurant did not maintain clean utensils during rush hours.

The resort features two large swimming pools, including one for children with a slide. A private beach provides a secure and clean environment with readily available loungers. Golf carts offer convenient transport around the extensive hotel.

Really good Amenities and Service

rejuvenating experience equipped gym stationary bikes excellent therapist

therapist mr shiju and jeethu were excellent. my wife and i thoroughly enjoyed the massage. the entire ninety minutes was a rejuvenating experience. i also used the well-equipped gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

the lighting in the bathroom was quite dim , making it difficult to apply makeup.

staff members provided prompt assistance at all times. housekeeping maintained rooms with meticulous care. i saw concierge services offered with knowledgeable recommendations.

decent stay but some shortcomings

unclean walls utensil shortage

i encountered some issues . the bathroom walls weren't thoroughly cleaned. furthermore, the service at the pavilion restaurant was subpar during peak hours. i noticed they were short on utensils, and i had to repeatedly request forks and bowls. it was quite frustrating to wait for these basic items.
